Shipping

We are a small team here at GOOD FRIEND, and we pack and ship all packages in-house. We aim to fulfill orders within two business days of purchase, though depending upon volume, delays can occur.

We ship via USPS and UPS.

We are currently accepting international orders. Customs fees, duty charges, and/or brokerage charges may apply on shipments outside the US. This depends on your country's customs policy. GOOD FRIEND is not responsible for any additional charge incurred when goods are imported into your country. For additional information, please consult your local customs office. 

Returns

All returns must be approved in advance by GOOD FRIEND. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns will be issued to the tender of purchase. 

Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

Some items are non-returnable, which is indicated on the product pages. All special orders, sale orders, or orders marked as final sale are non-returnable.

If you receive any damaged items, please take photos of the items, packing materials, and box/parcel. Please forward photos as soon as the items are received to info@shopgoodfriend.com and hold on to the package and all its materials as they may be required for inspection.
