A beautiful candle inspired by the pine tree. Made from sumac wax, with a wick of dried reed wrapped around washi paper. Sumac wax is plant-based, gentle on the environment, and creates a bright, tall flame with less smoke and soot than other waxes.

Sold as a set of two. Each candles burn 130 minutes and measures 4.35".

Candle stand sold separately. Pairs well with the Medium Koma candle stand.

Takazawa was established in 1892 and is one of the oldest candle makers in Japan. The candles produced by Takazawa use techniques and materials that have not changed since the 16th century.
