I met Saba right when I moved to the Bay, by way of Michael Marriott, the designer behind WoodMetalPlastic. An Iranian- American immigrant, Saba started her career as a chemical engineer before turning her passion for jam into a full-time business. She uses local, seasonal ingredients to create her unique and addicting jams. Once opened, these are gone almost immediately. I enjoy them on toast, but love adding these to yogurt or oatmeal with some honey olive oil and salt.
